复方桦树茸片的制备及其对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备复方桦树茸片并明确其对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。本研究首先通过热水浸提法提取桦树茸和葛根的多糖成分,再经响应面法优化试验,筛选最佳制备工艺,最后以Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠为模型测试其降血糖作用。结果表明,该降糖片的最佳制备工艺为采用湿法制粒,桦树茸、葛根精多糖占24%、可溶性淀粉占65%、甘露醇占11%,于60℃干燥30 min,加1%硬脂酸镁压片。所得片剂各项指标均符合《中国药典》规定,片重为0.35 g,多糖含量为63.64 mg/片。动物实验表明,复方桦树茸片具备良好的降血糖作用。本品制备工艺简单,且具备良好的降血糖功效,可用于工业化生产。 To prepare compound Inonotus obliquus tablets and to investigate its hypoglycemic effect on type II diabetes mice.Firstly,polysaccharide compounds were extracted by the hot water extraction.Then the response surface optimization test was used to screen the best preparation process.Finally,type II diabetic mice were used as models to investigate their hypoglycemic effects.The results showed that the best preparation process of hypoglycemic tablet was wet granulation.The pure polysaccharide of I.obliquus and Pueraria lobata accounted for 24%,soluble starch accounted for 65%and mannitol accounted for 11%,dried at 60℃for 30 minutes,and pressed with 1%magnesium stearate.The indexes of the obtained tablets were in line with the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the tablet weight is 0.35 g,and the content of polysaccharide was 63.64 mg/tablet.Animal experiments show that compound I obliquus tablets have a good hypoglycemic effects.The preparation process of this product is simple,and it has good hypoglycemic effect,which can be used in industrial production.
