HPLC-PDA双波长法同时测定四季草片中没食子酸和槲皮苷的含量

Determination of Gallic Acid and Quercitrin in Sijicao Tablets by HPLC-PDA Dual Wavelength Method

为建立四季草片中没食子酸和槲皮苷的含量测定方法,本研究采用高效液相色谱法,PDA检测器,C18色谱柱,没食子酸检测波长270 nm,槲皮苷检测波长255 nm,流速为1 m L/min,柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱。结果显示,在此检测条件下没食子酸和槲皮苷分别在0.1121~0.8967 mg/mL和0.0966~0.7727 mg/mL范围内,有良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.9996),没食子酸和槲皮苷平均回收率分别为98.14%和99.57%,RSD分别为3.6%和3.0%。该方法操作简便,精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于四季草片的质量控制。

To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid and quercitrin in Sijicao Tablets,In this study,using HPLC,PDA detector,C18 column,gallic acid detection at 270nm,quercitrin at 255nm,a flow rate of 1 mL/min,column temperature of 30℃,and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphate gradient elution.Results display that under this condition,gallic acid and quercitrin were within 0.1121~0.8967 mg/mL and 0.0966~0.7727 mg/mL and had good linear relationship(R^(2)=0.9996),average recovery of gallic acid was 98.14%and 99.57%respectively,and RSD was 3.6%and 3.0%respectively.The method is accurate and reliable,simple and feasible,and can be used for the quality control of Sijicao Tablets.
