基于学生满意度的高校线上教学模式现状分析与改进策略 被引量:3

摘要 后疫情时代线上教学已经成为线下教学的有益补充,而学生的满意度是评价线上教学模式的关键。本研究采用随堂问卷、线上访谈及综合指数法,基于学生满意度对高校线上教学模式进行调查与评价,结果表明:线上教学的总体满意度处于“良好”水平,单项满意度排序为教学效果>教学过程>教学准备。与预期相比,线上教学取得了较好的效果,但其满意度仍远不及传统的线下教学。因此,学校应重点强化网络教学平台建设,教师应加强线上课程建设,逐步探索线上线下结合的教学模式。 After Post-epidemic period, online teaching has become a useful complement to offline teaching, the satisfaction of students becomes the key to online teaching model. Based on the student satisfaction, this paper investigated and evaluated the online teaching mode in colleges and universities by using classroom questionnaire, online interview and comprehensive index methods. The results showed that the overall satisfaction was at a "good" level, and the individual satisfaction ranks were: teaching effect > teaching process > teaching preparation. Compared with expectations, online teaching achieved better results, but its satisfaction was still far less than traditional offline teaching. Therefore, Schools should focus on strengthening the network teaching platform teachers should strengthen the construction of online courses, and gradually explore the combination of online and offline teaching modes.
