我国体育人文社科成果评价:发展历程、研究主题及展望

Evaluation of Research Achievements of Sports Humanities and Social Sciences in China: Development Process, Research Themes and Prospect

科研成果质量是学科发展与学术话语权形成的关键所在,而成果质量提升则依赖成果评价体系的发展完善。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,系统分析我国体育人文社科成果评价的发展历程、研究主题以及评价优化的动力逻辑,并提出我国体育人文社科成果评价的研究展望。研究认为:我国体育人文社科成果评价历经评价空白、评价起步、评价规范与评价改革4个阶段,初步形成了中国特色的体育人文社科成果评价体系。但是,体育人文社科成果评价整体受重视程度不高,研究人员及成果较少,尚未形成一定规模的研究群体,缺乏持续、稳定的观点。另外,同行评议渠道梗阻、量化评价过度泛滥也制约着研究成果评价优化。为此,我国体育人文社科成果评价应结合学术评价改革与学科发展需求,在评价基础理论、体系机制改革与方法手段创新上加大研究力度。

The quality of scientific research achievements is the key to the development of disciplines and the formation of academic discourse, and the improvement of the quality of scientific research achievements depends on the development and improvement of the achievement evaluation system.Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, this study systematically analyzes the development process, research themes and dynamic logic of evaluation optimization of achievement evaluation in sports humanities and social sciences in China, and puts forward the research prospect of it.It argues that the evaluation of research achievements in sports humanities and social sciences in China has gone through four stages: evaluation blank, evaluation start, evaluation standardization and evaluation reform, and has initially formed an evaluation system of research achievements in sports humanities and social science with Chinese characteristics.However, the evaluation of research achievements in sports humanities and social science still has the following problems: the overall level of attention is not high, the number of researchers and achievements is relatively small, a research group of a certain scale has not yet been formed, and there is a lack of sustained and stable output of ideas.In addition, the obstruction of peer review channels and the excessive quantitative evaluation also restrict the optimization of research achievement evaluation.In order to solve the above problems, the evaluation of research achievements in sports humanities and social sciences in China should be combined with academic evaluation reform and discipline development needs, and more efforts should be made in the research of basic evaluation theories, reform of evaluation mechanisms and innovation of evaluation methods.
