心肌组织老龄化对电传导功能的仿真研究

摘要 动态观察窦房结起搏细胞数量减少及减少细胞的空间分布对心脏电生理传导功能的影响,揭示传导阻滞与心律失常之间关系.利用Zhang等构建的兔子心脏二维解剖模型,采用五点差分法进行数值积分,通过计算机仿真模拟研究窦房结起搏细胞数量减少比例和空间分布对心脏起搏和传导的影响.窦房结中起搏细胞数量减少会减弱心脏的传导功能,减少比例越大,异常现象越明显;心脏传导阻滞与减少的起搏细胞的空间分布有关,窦房结中心起搏细胞减少的比例越大,传导阻滞现象越明显.对于完整窦房结-心房肌组织,窦房结中起搏细胞数量减少的比例和空间分布在调控心脏电生理传导的过程中起着十分重要的作用. The effect of the decrease in the number and spatial distribution of pacing cells in sinoatrial node(SAN)on cardiac pacemaking activity were observed dynamically,and the relationship between blocking and arrhythmia was revealed.By using a two-dimensional anatomical model of the rabbit heart,proposed by Zhang et al.The five-point difference method was used for numerical integration.Also,this paper discussed the effect of the number reduction ratio and spatial distribution on pacemaking and conductibility of cardiac by computer simulation.The decrease in the number of pacing cells in the SAN weakened the conduction function of the heart.The greater the reduction ratio was,the more obvious the abnormal phenomenon was.The conduction block related to the spatial distribution of reduced pacing cells,the larger the proportion of reduced pacing cells in the center of SAN,the more obvious the conduction block.The proportion and spatial distribution of decreased pacemaker cells in the SAN played an important role in regulating the conduction of whole sinoatrial node and atrial myocardium.
