隔油+气浮+两级AO组合工艺处理含油废水研究 被引量:3

摘要 含油废水因色度高、化学需氧量高、油水分离困难等特点使其成为难降解的工业废水.为了有效的缓解含油废水对人类健康和环境的危害,采用隔油+气浮+两级AO组合工艺对含油废水的处理效能进行研究.研究结果表明,隔油+气浮+两级AO组合工艺抗负荷冲击能力强、处理效果稳定且运行费用低,当进水COD质量浓度为1680~1839 mg/L、含油量为473~496 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度为128.36~133.75 mg/L时,该工艺处理后平均出水COD质量浓度为93.76 mg/L、含油量为8.93 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度为16.37 mg/L,出水水质完全满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中二级标准的要求. Oily wastewater has the characteristics of high chromaticity, high chemical oxygen demand and difficult oil-water separation, it belongs to high difficulty organic wastewater.In order to effectively alleviate the harm of oily wastewater to human health and environment, the combined process of oil separation+air flotation+two-stage AO was used to study the treatment efficiency of oily wastewater. The results showed that the combined process of oil separation+air flotation+two-stage AO had strong load impact resistance, stable treatment effect and low operation cost.When the influent cod mass concentration was 1 680~1 839 mg/L, the oil content was 473~496 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen mass concentration was 128.36~133.75 mg/L, the average effluent COD mass concentration was 93.76 mg/L, the oil content was 8.93 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen mass concentration was 16.37 mg/L, the effluent could come up to the second level standard of “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB8978-1996).
