SAPO-17分子筛的酸性调控及其在甲醇制烯烃反应中的应用

摘要 使用高通量分子筛合成装置制备了一系列不同硅铝比的SAPO-17分子筛,考察了硅铝比对SAPO-17分子筛形貌和酸性质的影响,对比了SAPO-17与SAPO-34分子筛在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应中的产物分布特点,以及反应条件对SAPO-17体系产物分布的影响,并将SAPO-17和SAPO-34复合催化剂应用于MTO反应中,考察了复合方式的影响。实验结果表明,低硅SAPO-17分子筛具有较弱的酸强度,较高的反应温度和较低的质量空速有利于SAPO-17分子筛上乙烯和丙烯的生成,尤其是乙烯的生成。采用SAPO-17和SAPO-34两种分子筛分段装填的复合方式可以进一步提高乙烯和丙烯选择性,获得更优的产物分布。 A series of SAPO-17 molecular sieves with different Si/Al ratios were prepared via the high-throughput synthesis technology.The effects of Si/Al ratio on the morphology and acid properties of SAPO-17 were investigated.The product distributions over SAPO-17 and SAPO-34 in methanol to olefins(MTO)reaction were compared,and the effects of reaction conditions on the product distribution were evaluated over SAPO-17.Besides,the composite catalysts of SAPO-17 and SAPO-34 were used in the MTO reaction,the influence of compound mode was investigated.The results indicate that low-silica SAPO-17 samples show weak acid strength,and that a high temperature and low WHSV favor the generation of ethylene and propylene,especially that of ethylene.The product distribution can be improved through combination of SAPO-17 and SAPO-34 in the dual-bed configuration,with the selectivity of ethylene and propylene enhanced.
