一种新型小粒径球形载体及制备的催化剂性能

摘要 氯化镁和醇反应乳化后,加入稳定剂、粒径调节剂等,再使用环氧化合物沉淀析出形成了一种新型球形载体,将其负载TiCl4后得到新型球形催化剂并用于丙烯聚合,利用FTIR、XRF、形貌观察和丙烯聚合评价等方法分析了稳定剂和粒径控制剂的作用、载体组成及催化剂性能。实验结果表明,制备的小粒径微球球形载体形貌较好,利用该球形载体制备的催化剂不破碎、呈球形、平均粒径为12.5 mm。稳定剂保证了载体颗粒粒径的大小及均匀性,粒径控制剂可对载体粒径进行控制,且残留含量较低。利用新型球形载体制备的催化剂活性较好,立体定向能力良好,在1.5 NL氢气用量下得到的聚丙烯的熔体流动速率(10 min)为7.5 g,体现了较好的氢调敏感性。 A new spherical carrier was prepared by the reaction of epoxy compound and the compound from reaction emulsification of magnesium chloride and ethanol,with the stabilizer and particle size regulator.After TiCl4 was loaded on it,a new spherical catalyst was obtained and used for propylene polymerization.The effects of stabilizer and particle size regulator,carrier composition and catalyst performance were analyzed by FTIR,XRF,morphology observation and propylene polymerization.The experimental results showed that the prepared spherical support of small particle size has a good morphology,and the catalyst prepared by the spherical support is non-fragmented and spherical,with an average particle size of 12.5 mm.The stabilizer ensures the size and uniformity of the particle size of the carrier.The particle size regulator can control the particle size of the carrier,and the residual content is low.The catalyst prepared from the new spherical support exhibits high activity and stereospecificity.The melt flow rate(10 min)of polypropylene obtained at 1.5 NL hydrogen is 7.5 g,which reflects good sensitivity to hydrogen.
