摘要 静电防护是工业生产、航空航天、塑料包装、电子产品、纺织品等领域常用的关键工艺技术之一,其核心是开发一种高性能抗静电涂料。水性抗静电涂料具有绿色环保的优势,是本领域发展的重要方向和趋势。本文主要从水性抗静电涂料电学性质的来源角度(抗静电剂型和导电填料型)综述了该领域近年来的研究进展,并进一步讨论了抗静电与疏水、防腐和杀菌等功能复合及生物基材料替代等研究方面的积极进展,最后对水性抗静电涂料未来的发展方向进行了展望。 Electrostatic protection was one of the key process technologies in industrial production,aerospace,plastic packaging,electronic products,textiles and other fields.The core of electrostatic protection was to develop a high-performance antistatic coatings.The waterborne antistatic coatings had the advantage of environment friendly,so it was an important development direction in this field.In this paper,the research progress in recent years was reviewed mainly from the perspective of the source of electrical properties(antistatic agents and conductive fillers).And developments in the research of functional compounding with hydrophobic,anti-corrosion and sterilization and the replacement of bio-based materials were discussed.Finally,future development direction of waterborne antistatic coatings was prospected.
