摘要
在纳米填料中,碳纳米管具有出色的耐化学性、机械稳定性及导电性等特性,在增强有机涂层的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能方面发挥着重要作用。但是碳纳米管与聚合物基体的界面相互作用较弱,难以分散在聚合物中。本文综述了碳纳米管的分散方法,包括机械分散、共价功能化和非共价功能化处理,并概述了不同分散方法的优缺点,相继评述了碳纳米管在有机防腐涂料中的防腐机理及研究进展,包括溶剂型、水性及粉末防腐涂料,最后对碳纳米管防腐涂料的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Among nanofillers,carbon nanotubes play an important role in enhancing the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of organic coatings due to their excellent chemical resistance,mechanical stability,and electrical conductivity.However,the interfacial interaction of carbon nanotubes with the polymer matrix was weak,so it was difficult to disperse in polymer.In this paper,the dispersion methods of carbon nanotubes were reviewed,including mechanical dispersion,covalent functionalization and non-covalent functionalization treatment,and focused on the advantages and disadvantages of different dispersion methods.The anti-corrosion mechanism and research progress of carbon nanotubes in organic anticorrosion coatings(including solvent based,water-based and powder anti-corrosion coatings)were also reviewed.Finally,the future development direction of carbon nanotubes in anticorrosion coatings was prospected.
