摘要
课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务,课程思政融入课堂教学全过程的关键在教师。现代信息技术飞速发展对实施教育数字化战略、实现教育教学信息化、促进教师数字胜任力提出了新的更高要求。基于教育部《纲要》要求和教师数字胜任力要素开发一套包含5个维度20个评价指标的调查问卷,对广东开放大学体系277名教师进行调研。研究发现,开放大学教师在课程思政视域下数字胜任力存在整体向好态势等优势,但也存在若干严峻且亟待解决的显性和隐性问题。基于此,提出课程思政视域下发展开放大学教师数字胜任力的对策和建议。
Curriculum ideological and political education construction is the top task to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,and the key to integrating curriculum ideological and political education into the whole process of classroom teaching lies in teachers.The rapid development of modern information technology has put forward new and higher requirements for the implementation of digital education strategy,the realization of technology informatization in education and teaching,and the promotion of teachers’digital competence.Based on the requirements of the Outline published by the Ministry of Education and the digital competency factors of teachers,a questionnaire containing 5 dimensions and 20 evaluation indicators was developed to investigate 277 teachers in Guangdong Open University system.The research found that the digital competency of teachers in the Open University is generally good in the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,but there are also some serious explicit and implicit problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to develop the digital competency of teachers in open universities from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics education.
