摘要
新时代背景下,高质量发展已成为高等教育发展的必然要求,而高质量的教师队伍是实现高等教育高质量发展的第一资源。以南京城市职业学院为例,基于新时代教育评价理念与高质量发展考核结果,对教师队伍现状进行调研分析,总结出当前教师队伍建设存在问题与不足,提出从加强学术科研制度建设、强化教育教学能力培养、构建合理教师队伍结构等方面推动教师队伍建设的思考与策略。
In the new era,high-quality development has become an inevitable requirement for the development of higher education,and high-quality teaching staff are the first resource to achieve high-quality development of higher education.Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an example,based on the concept of education evaluation in the new era and the results of high-quality development assessment,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff,summarizes the problems and shortcomings in the current construction of the teaching staff,and puts forward some ideas and strategies to improve the construction of the teaching staff from the aspects of strengthening the construction of academic research system,enhancing the cultivation of education and teaching ability,and building a reasonable structure of the teaching staff.
