高职院校学生身体活动影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Students’Physical Activity in Higher Vocational Colleges

目的:运用社会生态模型确定影响高职学生从事身体活动的相关因素,评价学生身体活动社会生态环境。方法:以南京高职院校学生为调查对象,采用社会生态环境量表、身体活动问卷和体育锻炼阶段问卷进行数据采集,在描述统计基础上,利用相关分析和逐步多元回归方法对变量关系进行分析。结果:自我效能、价值判断、家人朋友影响、教师影响、家庭社区环境、校园环境等是影响高职学生身体活动行为的相关因素,可有效预测高职学生一周身体活动。南京高职院校学生身体活动社会生态环境较好。

With the aim of using the social ecological model to determine relevant factors that affect the physical activity of vocational college students,and evaluating the social ecological environment of students’physical activity,this paper adopts the social ecological environment scale,physical activity questionnaire and physical exercise stage questionnaire to collect data of students in higher vocational colleges in Nanjing.On the basis of descriptive statistics,it uses correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression methods to analyze the relationship between variables.The results show that self-efficacy,value judgment,family and friends’influence,teachers’influence,family and community environment and campus environment are the relevant factors affecting the physical activity behavior of vocational college students,which can effectively predict the physical activity of vocational college students in a week.It is found that social ecological environment for students’physical activities in Nanjing higher vocational colleges is quite good.
