缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合硝苯地平对老年原发性高血压患者血压控制效果的影响

Effect of Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Nifedipine on Blood Pressure Control in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:探究老年原发性高血压患者应用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合硝苯地平对血压控制的影响.方法:选取2019年3月至2021年5月本院收治的老年原发性高压患者94例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=47)及对照组(n=47).观察组给予缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合硝苯地平治疗,对照组给予缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗.两组均用药4周.观察两组临床疗效、血压水平(收缩压、舒张压)及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合硝苯地平治疗老年原发性高血压患者疗效确切,可有效控制患者的血压水平.

Objective:To explore the effect of valsartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with nifedipine on blood pressure control in elderly patients with primary hypertension.Methods:A total of 94 elderly patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as study subjects,and divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47)by random number table method.The observation group was treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with nifedipine,and the control group was treated with valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of 82.98%in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with nifedipine is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and can effectively control their blood pressure level.
