大黄煮水灌肠联合血必净治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效

Efficacy of Rhubarb Boiled Water Enema Combined with Xuebijing in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探究大黄煮水灌肠联合血必净治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效.方法:回顾性分析,收集2018年8月至2020年5月于本院接受常规西药治疗、大黄煮水灌肠联合血必净治疗的35例SAP患者的临床资料,将其纳入试验组,收集2018年1月至2019年7月于本院接受常规西药与大黄煮水灌肠治疗的35例SAP患者临床资料,将其纳入对照组,均治疗10d.比较两组治疗10d的疗效及治疗前、治疗10d的血清淀粉酶(AMS)、尿淀粉酶(UAMY)水平.结果:治疗10d,试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组AMS、UAMY低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:大黄煮水灌肠联合血必净治疗SAP的疗效显著,可有效降低AMS和HAMY水平.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of rhubarb boiled water enema combined with xuebijing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed,the clinical data of 35 SAP patients who received conventional western medicine treatment,rhubarb boiling water enema combined with xuebijing treatment in Luohe first people's Hospital from August 2018 to May 2020 were collected and included in the experimental group,the clinical data of 35 patients with SAP who received conventional western medicine and rhubarb boiled water enema in Luohe first people's Hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were collected and included in the control group,all patients were treated for 10 days.The curative effect after 10 days of treatment and the levels of blood amylase(AMS)and urine amylase(UAMY)before and after 10 days of treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:After 10 days of treatment,the total ffective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of control group,with a statistical significant dfference(P<0.05).AMS and UAMY levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment.And compared with control group,The AMS and UAMY of experimental group was lower,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb boiled water enema combined with xuebijing has significant efficacy in the treatment of SAP,which can effectively reduce the levels of AMS and UAMY.
