基于网络平台的延续护理在哮喘患儿中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Based on Network Platform in Children with Asthma

目的:探讨基于网络平台的延续护理在哮喘患儿中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年12月于本院门诊就诊的158例哮喘患儿资料.将2019年1月至12月接受基于网络平台的延续护理的80例哮喘患儿纳入观察组,将2017年12月至2018年12月接受传统延续护理的78例哮喘患儿纳入对照组.比较护理干预实施前、后患儿病情的恢复以及生活质量[采用生命质量调查问卷(PAQLQ)评估]的改变情况.结果:观察组患儿病情恢复情况优于对照组,患儿生活质量的改善情况也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于网络平台的延续护理不仅能促进哮喘患儿病情恢复,还可以提高患儿的生活质量.

Objective:To discuss the application effect of continuous nursing based on network platform in children with asthma.Methods:The data of 158 children with asthma in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Eighty children with asthma who received continuous care based on the network platform from January to December 2019 were included in an observation group,and 78 children with asthma who received traditional continuous care from December 2017 to December 2018 were included in a control group.The recovery of children's condition and the change of quality of life[assessed by quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ)]before and after the implementation of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery of children in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the improvement of quality of life was better than that in the control group as well,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing based on the network platform can not only promote the recovery of children with asthma,but also improve the quality of life of them.
