福建省茶文化旅游产业协同发展路径与茶庄园模式评价

The Valuation on The Collaborative Development Path and Tea Plantation Pattern of Tea Cultural and Tourism Industry in Fujian Province

茶产业与文化旅游产业的融合发展有利于推动产业升级,近年来茶庄园模式的茶文化旅游产业发展迅猛。分析了福建省茶产业与文化旅游产业的协同发展路径,并以顾客视角下的茶庄园特色认知为调查对象,运用社会网络分析方法,对茶庄园模式是否促进茶文化旅游产业融合发展进行评价。结果表明,顾客对茶庄园的建筑特色、历史文化特色、生态特色、基本旅游条件的满足等方面存在共同认知,但是差异性比较大,认知网络的凝聚性不高,层次性集群较多。顾客主导性认知是茶庄园体现出了茶历史文化特色,但是生态特色与自然环境条件一般,基本满足旅游条件。因此,建议创建茶庄园的特色品牌、提升茶旅游休闲文化及茶庄园市场战略转型,从而推进茶庄园模式茶文化旅游产业融合发展。

Tea plantation develops well under industrial convergence of tea industry and cultural tourism which upgrades industrial structures.In recent years,collaborative development path of industrial convergence in FuJian have been analyzed,moreover,cognition of characteristics of the tea plantation has been surveyed from one hundred customers’responses.Social network analysis method was applied to make analysis of cognition network between customers.The results revealed that customers commonly perceived the existence of the architectural feature,the historical and cultural characteristics,the ecological characteristics,and less comfortable conditions of tourism.But heterogeneity,cohesion and hierarchical clustering of cognition network analysis shows cognitive differences.The core cognition indicated good historical and cultural characteristics in the tea plantations and the general ecological characteristics and environment,less comfortable tourism conditions.Therefore,to improve industrial convergence of tea industry and cultural tourism,brand establishment of characteristics of tea plantation,leisure tourism culture promotion,and market strategy transition of tea plantation should be considered.
