摘要
汽车是现代生活的必备出行工具之一。内燃机作为汽车的主导动力总成,其结构十分复杂,是汽车维修中的重点与难点。针对车用内燃机维修过程中存在的结构复杂、维修效率低等问题,提出增强现实技术(AR),并针对汽车内燃机AR系统的组成进行系统阐述,介绍AR系统可以通过手机、电脑等终端实现对汽车内燃机各个零部件及结构的立体、全方位认知。维修人员可以在手机等虚拟环境中实现对内燃机重点部位的认知与辅助维修,并系统论述AR检修系统的建立与关键技术组成。
Car is one of the essential travel tools in modern life.As the main power train of automobile,the structure of internal combustion engine is very complex,which is the key and difficult point in automobile maintenance.Aiming at the problems of complex structure and low maintenance efficiency in the maintenance process of automotive internal combustion engine,this study proposes Augmented Reality Technology(AR),systematically expounds the composition of automotive internal combustion engine AR system,and standardizedly guides and analyzes the operation of AR system.The results provide technical reference for improving the maintenance efficiency and quality of vehicle internal combustion engine.
