基于PWM控制的恒温液体反应槽系统设计

摘要 针对现有化工液体反应槽温度监控不够智能、恒温效果差,高温效果差等问题,设计了一款基于PWM控制及STM32嵌入式进行智能控制的系统。利用高精度测温元件铂金Pt1000热电偶连接仪表运放、模数转换电路并最终利用STM32实时测得反应槽液体精确温度,然后利用PWM智能控制算法对反应槽液体进行加热,并且使得最终温度稳定在目标温度上,系统整个工作状态实时显示在大屏LCD上,也可以通过WIFI模块实时连接到手机等远程设备上,进行远程监控。经测试,该系统具有很好的实用价值。 The current chemical liquid reaction tank,exists some weakness,such as not smart enough,poor control of temperature and poor temperature stability at high temperature.In order to solve these problems,an intelligent control system based on PWM and STM32 is designed.In which a high precision temperature measuring element Pt1000 thermocouple is used to connect instrumentation amplifier and ADC circuit.Finally,a MCU of STM32 is used to measure real-time precise temperature of the liquid,then using PWM intelligent control method to heat the tank liquid,and the final temperature is stable on the target temperature.The whole working state of the system is displayed on the large LCD screen in real time,and can be connected to the mobile phone and other remote devices through the WIFI module in real time for remote monitoring.With test,the system is of good practical value.
