摘要
数据采集与控制电路是测井仪核心电路之一,具有对钻孔轨迹信息及地层信息进行采集、存储及上传的纽带作用。基于煤矿井下实际的应用环境,提出了数据采集与控制电路设计的要求及其应该具备的功能电路。设计了以微功耗、高性能、高集成度的STM32单片机为核心的数据采集与控制电路并在实验室环境下,对设计电路进行了测试,测试结果表明:设计的电路能够按照下发的工程参数有效采集并存储待测信息,经无线WiFi进行测量数据上传,电路运行稳定、体积小、实测功耗低,满足预设的技术要求。
Data acquisition and control circuit is one of the core circuits of logging tool,which plays a role of collecting,storing and uploading borehole track information and formation information.Based on the actual application environment of underground coal mine,the design requirements of data acquisition and control circuit and its functional circuit are put forward.A data acquisition and control circuit based on STM32 microcontroller with micro power consumption,high performance and high integration is designed and tested in a laboratory environment.The test results show that the designed circuit can effectively collect and store the information to be measured according to the delivered engineering parameters,and upload the measurement data through wireless WiFi.The circuit has stable operation,small volume,low measured power consumption,and meets the preset technical requirements.
