基于云平台的换流站水管泄漏监测系统设计

摘要 针对换流站地下水管泄漏监测定位的实际需求,设计了一种融云平台数据分析、嵌入式系统及无线通信网络等技术于一体的智能化换流站埋地水管泄漏监测定位系统。该系统利用底层的数据采集单元获取换流站埋地水管周边的阻抗信息,经卡尔曼滤波后,通过数据汇集传输单元将信息上传云平台。云端的后台软件基于Mann-Kendall检验法对获取的时序数据序列进行数据突变及趋势分析,从而实现对水管的泄漏检测与定位。模拟实验测试结果表明,该系统可以很好地实现对传感器所在泄漏区域的检测测与定位,有较强的实用价值和很好的应用前景。 According to the actual needs of underground water pipe leakage monitoring and positioning in converter station,an intelligent buried water pipe leakage monitoring and positioning system integrating cloud platform data analysis,embedded system and wireless communication network is designed.The bottom data acquisition unit is used in the system to obtain the impedance information around the buried water pipe of the converter station.By Kalman filtering,the information is uploaded to the cloud platform through the data collection and transmission unit.Based on Mann-Kendall test method,the cloud background software analyzes the data mutation and trend of the obtained time series data sequence,so as to realize the leakage detection and location of water pipes.The simulation test results show that the system can well detect and locate the leakage area where the sensor is located,and has strong practical value and good application prospect.
