摘要
船舶外场喷漆施工效率低、质量不易控制,且存在严重的环境污染问题。为了改善喷漆作业效果,设计了一款用于船舶外场涂装阶段外壁面喷涂的智能喷漆机器人,主要阐述该型机器人系统组成,具体包括机器人本体、工艺执行装置、控制系统、供漆及执行装置、自动喷漆系统等的硬件设计及其软件设计。并在船厂对所设计的智能喷漆机器人进行实船测试,结果表明,该型机器人性能可靠,可以较好完成船舶外壁面喷漆作业。
The painting construction efficiency of ship outfield is low,the quality is not easy to control,and there are serious environmental pollution problems.In order to improve the effect of painting operations,an intelligent paint spraying robot for external wall spraying in ship field coating stage is designed.The composition of the robot system is mainly described,including the hardware and software design of the robot body,process execution device,control system,paint supply and execution device,automatic paint spraying system,etc.The intelligent painting robot designed was tested in the shipyard.The results show that the robot has reliable performance,can better complete the painting operation on the outer wall of the ship.
