基于多元逐步回归的工业换热器出口温度控制方法

摘要 针对工业换热器的出口温度,在传热过程中具有较大的复杂程度,这种复杂性造成换热器出口温度控制效率较低的问题,该文以六分型螺旋折流板工业换热器为例,提出基于多元逐步回归的六分型螺旋折流板工业换热器出口温度控制方法。首先通过对该型号换热器的传热计算分析,计算换热器传热特性,依据分析结果,然后采用多元逐步回归方法对换热器的出口温度实施测定优化,基于测定优化结果,获取换热器出口温度传递函数,从而构建模糊控制器,利用该控制器实现工业换热器出口温度控制。最后,通过对六分型螺旋折流板工业换热器开展不同工况情况下出口温度控制性能对比测试和控制量对比测试,实验结果证明:该方法的出口温度在测试时间内始终控制在±3℃之间,对系统控制后,控制量在最佳控制范围内,实时性强、有效性好。 The outlet temperature of the industrial heat exchanger has a large degree of complexity in the heat transfer process,which leads to the low efficiency of the outlet temperature control of the heat exchanger.Taking the six part spiral baffle industrial heat exchanger as an example,this paper puts forward the outlet temperature control method of the six part spiral baffle industrial heat exchanger based on multiple stepwise regression.Firstly,the heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger are calculated through the heat transfer calculation and analysis of this type of heat exchanger.According to the analysis results,the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger is measured and optimized by the multiple stepwise regression method.Based on the measured and optimized results,the transfer function of the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger is obtained,so as to build a fuzzy controller,which is used to control the outlet temperature of the industrial heat exchanger.Finally,through the comparative test of outlet temperature control performance and control quantity under different working conditions for the six type spiral baffle industrial heat exchanger,the experimental results show that the outlet temperature of this method is always controlled within±3℃within the test time.After the system is controlled,the control quantity is within the optimal control range,with strong real-time performance and good effectiveness.
