基于PLC和组态反馈技术的工程机械液压控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 液压控制可以保证工程机械的稳定运行,因此,为了提高对工程机械的液压控制效果,提出了基于PLC和组态反馈技术的工程机械液压控制技术。在忽略液压缸内部留存液压油的前提下,建立液压缸的流量方程,结合液压马达的负载力矩平衡方程完成对液压系统的建模处理。根据组态软件库信息格式确定液压数据类型,再将查询到的目标数据储存到组态数据集中,并完成格式转换,反馈出工程机械液压控制数据。然后通过设计控制层、模块层和设备层构建PLC自动控制器,将液压设备运行参数由上位机输送至PLC控制芯片中,调节工程机械的频率、转速、液压马达摆角等参数,实现对工程机械的液压控制。最后以某工程液压机械臂为实验,经对比液压缸位移曲线的测试结果与实际结果,证明了该控制技术对工程机械臂液压缸的位移量的控制效果较好,具有一定的应用价值。 Hydraulic control can ensure the stable operation of construction machinery.Therefore,in order to improve the hydraulic control effect of construction machinery,hydraulic control technology of construction machinery based on PLC and configuration feedback technology is proposed.On the premise of ignoring the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder,the flow equation of the hydraulic cylinder is established,and then the modeling of the hydraulic system is completed by combining the load torque balance equation of the hydraulic motor.Determine the type of hydraulic data according to the information format of the configuration software library,then store the queried target data into the configuration data set,complete the format conversion,and feed back the hydraulic control data of the construction machinery.The PLC automatic controller is designed in the control layer,module layer and equipment layer,and the operating parameters of the hydraulic equipment are transmitted from the upper computer to the PLC control chip to adjust the frequency,speed,swing angle of the hydraulic motor and other parameters of the construction machinery,so as to realize the hydraulic control of the construction machinery.Finally,taking a certain engineering hydraulic manipulator as an example,by comparing the test results of the displacement curve of the hydraulic cylinder with the actual results,it is proved that the control technology has a good effect on the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder of the engineering manipulator,and has a certain application value.
