摘要
通过对机组运行特性的总结归纳,针对高压加热器(下称“高加”)运行过程可能出现的故障,分别建立高加阀门故障预警模型及高加泄漏故障预警模型,在机组运行阶段对高加状态进行实时监测。在机组运行过程中,高加泄漏故障预警模型可以对高加泄漏故障进行准确识别并发出预警。此外,结合对泄漏高加端差的计算分析,对泄漏位置进行辅助判断。高加故障预警方法应用结果表明,高加故障预警模型能够实时对高加运行过程进行监测及故障预警,且预警结果准确无误,对保证机组安全稳定运行提供了有力保障。此外,由于高加阀门在实际运行过程尚未出现卡涩故障,因此未触发相应的故障预警。以上技术可供相关机组进行借鉴。
Through summarizing the operation characteristics of the unit,aiming at the possible faults in the operation process of high-pressure heater,the early warning models of high-pressure valve fault and high-pressure leakage fault are established respectively,and the high-pressure state is monitored in real time during the operation stage of the unit.During the operation of the unit,the high-pressure heater leakage fault warning model can accurately identify and issue early warning.In addition,combined with the calculation and analysis of the high-end difference of leakage,the leakage position is assisted to determine.The application results of the fault early warning method show that the fault early warning model can monitor and warn the operation process of the high-speed train in real time,and the early warning results are accurate,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.In addition,due to the high valve in the actual operation process has not yet appeared jam fault,so did not trigger the corresponding fault warning.The above technologies can be used for reference by relevant units.
