摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是一种慢性神经元进行性退化的疾病,其具体发病机制尚不完全明确。细胞自噬是真核细胞进化中相对保守的过程,该过程将受损细胞器或蛋白质转运至溶酶体降解为可循环再利用的小分子物质。正常情况下,自噬作为细胞自我保护的一种机制,在胞内稳态的维持中具有关键作用。众多的证据表明细胞自噬在AD的发生发展中扮演者重要的角色,探讨与自噬相关通路将为AD治疗策略的开发提供更多思路。本文综述自噬相关信号通路与AD疾病过程的关系。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a chronic progressive neuronal degenerative disease,the specific pathogenesis of which is still not completely clear.Autophagy is a relatively conservative process in the evolution of eukaryotic cells,in which damaged organelles or protein are transported to lysosomes and degraded into small,recyclable and reusable substances.Under physiological conditions,autophagy,as a cell self-protection mechanism,plays a key role in the maintenance of intracellular homeostasis.Numerous evidences have shown that autophagy plays an important role in the occurrence and development of AD.Exploring the pathways related to autophagy will provide more ideas for the development of AD treatment strategies.Here,we review the relationship between autophagy-related signaling pathways and the disease process of AD.
