摘要
病理技术平台多样,发展迅速,为保证医疗质量,病理科需要对技术人员的培训和考核建立有效的管理办法。然而,目前我国对于病理技师的管理尚未形成共识,日常实践中缺乏行业指导性文件。本文总结科室近十余年在技术人员培训、考核及资质授权方面积累的经验,介绍技术人员能力和表现评价方案在推动病理技术质量提高中的作用等,以期对我国病理技师规范化培训体系的建立具有参考作用。
Pathology technology platforms are diverse and develop rapidly.In order to ensure the quality of medical treatment,the pathology department needs to establish effective management methods for the training and assessment of technical personnel.However,currently there is no consensus on the management of pathological technicians in China,and there is a lack of industry guidance documents in daily practice.This paper summarizes the experience accumulated by the Department of Pathology in Wuhan Union Hopsital in technical personnel training,assessment and qualification,and introduces the role of technical personnel competence and performance assessment program in promoting the improvement of pathological technology quality,in order to have a reference role in the establishment of the standardized training system for pathological technicians in China.
