乳腺癌术后中西医结合治疗的研究进展

Research progress in the postoperative treatment of breast cancer simultaneously employing traditional Chinese and western medicine

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。目前,手术仍然是治疗乳腺癌的首选方式,术后辅以化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗等。上述西医治疗虽可延长患者生命,但手术创伤大、辅助治疗时间长,患者承受并发症和副反应的身心压力大。祖国医学博大精深,在缓解乳腺癌术后上肢水肿、预防及治疗术后皮瓣坏死、缓解胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制、缓解类更年期综合征及骨质疏松等方面有独特造诣,若能将中西医结合治疗,则可有效地降低乳腺癌术后西医治疗带来的并发症和副反应。针对西医治疗乳腺癌的方式及原理、中医治疗缓解术后并发症、减缓放化疗及内分泌治疗带来的副反应的进展,本文对乳腺癌术后中西医结合治疗的研究进展作一综述,旨在提高临床医师对乳腺癌术后中西医结合治疗的认识,加强中西医结合治疗的力度,进而提升乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量。

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor for woman.At present,surgery is still the most preferred choice for the treatment of breast cancer,supplemented with the post-operative treatments such as chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy.Although such Western medicine treatments can prolong the life of patients,it is time-consuming and tends to cause severe trauma,and meanwhile the complications and side effects can exert physical and mental stress on the patients.The traditional Chinese medicine is broad and profound,it has unique achievements in relieving upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery,preventing and treating post-operative skin flap necrosis,relieving gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression,and relieving menopause-like syndrome and osteoporosis.After the breast cancer surgery,complications and side effects caused by Western medicine can be effectively reduced if the traditional Chinese and Western medicine can be combined.Focusing on the methods and principles of Western medicine in the treatment of breast cancer,traditional Chinese medicine that can alleviate post-operative complications,and the side effects caused by radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.This paper reviews the research progress in the postoperative treatment of breast cancer simultaneously employing traditional Chinese and Western medicine,aim to improve the understanding of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment after breast cancer surgery,strengthen the implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and therefore improve the quality of life of the breast cancer patients after surgery.
