摘要
目的探讨认知重评训练对重症监护室护士情绪劳动能力和同情心疲乏水平影响情况。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院重症监护科的80名护士作为对照组,采用常规的干预方法。选取2020年2月至2021年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院重症监护科的80名护士作为观察组,采用认知重评训练方法。比较两组护士干预前后的情绪劳动评分、同情心疲乏评分,比较两组护士的满意度。结果两组护士干预前的情绪劳动评分、同情心疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组干预前后的情绪劳动评分、同情心疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的情绪劳动评分高于同组干预前,同情心疲乏评分低于同组干预前,观察组干预后的情绪劳动评分高于对照组,同情心疲乏评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知重评训练可以提高护士的情绪劳动评分,降低同情心疲乏评分,提高满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive reappraisal training on emotional labor ability and level of compassion fatigue in intensive care unit nurses.Methods A total of 80 nurses from the Department of Intensive Care of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the control group and conventional intervention method was used.A total of 80 nurses from the Department of Intensive Careof the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and cognitive reappraisal training method was used.The emotional labor ability scores and compassion fatigue scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The emotional labor ability scores and the compassion fatigue scores of two group nurses were compared,the differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The emotional labor ability scores,the compassion fatigue scores of control group before and after intervention had no statistical significant differences(P>0.05).The emotional labor ability score of observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention,the compassion fatigue score of observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention,the emotional labor ability score of observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the compassion fatigue score of observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive reappraisal training can increase emotional labor ability score,decrease the compassion fatigue score,increase satisfaction of nurses,it is worth to be used.
