顺铂和紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果

Effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy with Cisplatin and Paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的分析顺铂和紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌(CC)的效果。方法选取2013年4月至2016年3月广东省茂名市人民医院收治的86例中晚期CC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。两组患者均接受放疗治疗,对照组采用顺铂同步放化疗治疗,观察组采用顺铂、紫杉醇联合同步放化疗治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效、血清肿瘤标记物、远期疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、糖类抗原125(CA125)低于对照组,3、5年生存率高于对照组,局部复发率和远处转移率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂和紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗中晚期CC可降低SCC、CA125水平,近、远期疗效更佳,患者3、5年生存率更高,且不良反应并未增加。

Objective To analyze the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy with Cisplatin and Paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer(CC).Methods A total of 86 patients with advanced CC admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received radiotherapy,the control group was treated with Cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Cisplatin,Paclitaxel combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The short-term efficacy,serum tumor markers,long-term efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the 3-year and 5-year survival rates were higher than those in the control group,the recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cisplatin and Paclitaxel combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced CC can reduce SCC,CA125 level,the short-term and long-term curative effects are better,the 3-year and 5-year survival rates of patients are higher,and the adverse reactions have not increased.
