摘要
目的探讨钼靶联合磁共振成像(MRI)在含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者中的诊断效能。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月新余市妇幼保健院收治的68例疑似含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者为研究对象。对所有患者施以钼靶、MRI检查,以手术病理结果为“金标准”,比较两种方法单独与联合检查在含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者中的诊断效能。结果68例疑似含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者经手术病理检查证实,阳性50例,钼靶检查出40例,MRI检查出41例,钼靶联合MRI共检查出48例。以手术病理结果为“金标准”,钼靶联合MRI检查含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者的灵敏度、准确度[92.00%(46/50)、91.18%(62/68)]高于钼靶[72.00%(36/50)、73.53%(50/68)]与MRI[76.00%(38/50)、77.94%(53/68)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钼靶、MRI单独及联合检查的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钼靶联合MRI检查在含微钙化非肿块型乳腺癌患者中具有较高的诊断效能,可有效提高疾病早期检出准确度,临床可大力推行。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of mammography combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with non-mass breast cancer with microcalcifications.Methods A total of 68 patients with suspected non-mass breast cancer with microcalcifications admitted to Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by mammography and MRI,and the surgical and pathological results were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods alone and in combination in patients with non-mass breast cancer with microcalcifications.Results A total of 68 patients with suspected non-mass breast cancer containing microcalcification were confirmed by surgical and pathological examination,50 cases were positive,40 cases were detected by mammography,41 cases were detected by MRI,and 48 cases were detected by mammography combined with MRI.The surgical and pathological results were the"gold standard".The sensitivity and accuracy(92.00%[46/50],91.18%[62/68])of mammography combined with MRI in the detection of non-mass breast cancer patients with microcalcifications were higher than those of mammography(72.00%[36/50],73.53%[50/68])and MRI(76.00%[38/50],77.94%[53/68]),with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity between mammography and MRI alone and in combination(P>0.05).Conclusion Mammography combined with MRI has high diagnostic performance in patients with non-mass breast cancer with microcalcifications,which can effectively improve the accuracy of early detection of the disease,and can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
