基于互联网移动终端应用的核医学规范化培训教学与管理系统的设计

Development of a teaching and management system for standardized training of nuclear medicine residents based on Internet mobile terminal application

核医学包括临床核医学与基础核医学,临床核医学是指利用放射性同位素进行医学诊断和治疗的临床学科。核医学专业住院医师规范化培训主要内容包括核医学影像诊断及技术、核素治疗病房及门诊、放射性药物(高活性室)操作以及体外放射免疫分析等内容。虽然目前在核医学住院医师规范化培训中,基于移动互联网的教学模式尚处于探索之中,但却是目前核医学教学发展的需要。因此,本研究设计了一种基于互联网移动终端应用的核医学规范化培训教学与管理系统,主要包括进出科管理模块、在科教育管理模块、评价模块。基于互联网移动终端应用在核医学住院医师规范化培训中具有较高的应用价值,特别是在疫情防控等特殊时期,值得进一步推广。

Nuclear medicine includes clinical nuclear medicine and basic nuclear medicine.The main contents of the standardized training for nuclear medicine residents include nuclear medicine imaging diagnosis and techniques,radionuclide treatment,operation of radioactive drugs(high radioactivity room)and in vitro radioactive immunity.Although the teaching mode based on mobile internet is still being explored in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents,it is required by the development of nuclear medicine.Therefore,this study designed a standardized training,teaching and management system based on internet mobile terminal applications,including check in/out management module,in-course education management module and evaluation module.The application based on internet mobile terminal shows promising value in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents,especially during the special period of epidemic prevention and control,thus is worth popularizing.
