延续性护理模式在放射性皮炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous nursing model in patients with radiation dermatitis

目的探讨延续性护理模式在放射性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月景德镇市第一人民医院肿瘤科收治的66例放射性皮炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组33例。其中,对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组则采用延续性护理模式,比较两组患者的皮肤情况、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组患者的皮肤情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者在情绪、躯体功能、认知能力和社会功能方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的生活质量评分和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用延续性护理能够有效改善放射性皮炎患者病情,对提升患者生活质量、减轻放射性皮炎发生程度具有积极影响,临床应用值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing model in patients with radiation dermatitis.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,a total of 66 patients with radiation dermatitis in the Department of Oncology in Jingdezhen First People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received continuous nursing.After nursing,the skin condition,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the skin condition of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the scores of emotion,physical function,cognitive ability and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing can effectively improve the condition of patients with radiation dermatitis,and has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the incidence of radiation dermatitis.The clinical application is worth popularizing.
