互动式护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量与癌性疲乏的影响

Effect of interactive nursing intervention on quality of life and cancer-related fatigue of postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的分析互动式护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量与癌性疲乏的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2021年10月巴中市中心医院收治的86例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和观察组,每组各43例。参照组采用常规护理,观察组采用互动式护理。比较两组的生活质量、癌性疲乏评分及满意度情况。结果护理前两组生活质量评分及癌性疲乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于参照组,观察组癌性疲乏评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者的护理中应用互动式护理干预,可以改善患者的生活质量、癌性疲乏评分,同时还可以提高患者的护理满意度,护理效果显著,将这一护理方式和常规护理进行对比可以发现,其更具针对性、有效性和安全性,整体效果更为明显。

Objective To analyze the effect of interactive nursing intervention on quality of life and cancer-related fatigue of postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 86 breast cancer patients admitted to Bazhong Central Hospital from October 2017 to October 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given interactive nursing.The quality of life,cancer fatigue score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in quality of life score and cancer fatigue score of the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,while the score of cancer fatigue of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of interactive nursing intervention to patients with breast cancer not only can improve the quality of life and reduce the cancer-related fatigue score of the patients,but also can enhance their satisfaction with nursing,achieving remarkable nursing effect.Compared with the routine nursing,it is found that interactive nursing is more targeted,effective and safe,showing excellent overall effect.
