新一代人工智能技术在输变电设备状态评估中的应用现状及展望 被引量:30

摘要 输变电设备是电网电安全的基石,对输变电设备进行监测并对其状态进行评估可提早发现其潜在隐患,避免事故扩大造成不必要的损失。新一代人工智能技术在输变电设备状态评估中的应用不断普及,对新一代人工智能关键技术及其在输变电设备状态评估中的应用现状进行整理、归纳及分析,并对未来发展趋势予以展望,有助于输变电设备状态评估领域的科研工作开展。首先,梳理新一代人工智能基本技术及高级应用,包括数据增强技术、图像检测及目标识别技术、自然语言处理技术、迁移学习技术以及强化学习技术等;然后,对新一代人工智能技术应用于输变电设备状态评估中的难点问题与优势所在进行了分析;在此基础上,概述新一代人工智能技术在输变电设备状态评估的应用场景,包括故障辨识技术、电力视觉技术及健康管理技术等;最后,对新一代人工智能技术在输变电设备状态评估中应用研究所面临挑战及发展趋势进行展望。 Power transmission and transformation equipment is the cornerstone of grid security.Monitoring and eval⁃uating the status of power transmission and transformation equipment can find potential risks in advance and avoid unnecessary losses caused by accidents.A new generation of artificial intelligence technology in the expansion of the application of power transmission and transformation equipment condition assessment of a new generation of key technologies of artificial intelligence and its application in power transmission and transformation equipment condi⁃tion assessment sorting,induction,and the present status and future trend was forecasted,help scientific research work in the field of power transmission and transformation equipment condition assessment.Firstly,a new generation of artificial intelligence in the basic technology and advanced application,including data enhancement technique,im⁃age detection and target recognition,natural language processing technology,migrate learning and reinforcement learning techniques.Secondly,the difficulties and the advantages of new generation artificial intelligence technology in status evaluation of power transmission and substation equipment are analyzed.In addition,an overview of a new generation of artificial intelligence technology in the application of power transmission and transformation equipment condition assessment scenarios,including fault identification technology,power vision technology and health manage⁃ment technology.Finally,the challenges and development trends of the application research of the new generation of ar⁃tificial intelligence driver in the state assessment of power transmission and transformation equipment are prospected.
