基于IT运维视角的企业资产一体化管理平台设计

Design of Enterprise Asset Integrated Management Platform Based on It Operation and Maintenance

由于企业资产一体化管理平台资产信息管理模式较为落后,导致管理平台数据承载量与用户承载量较低,因此提出基于互联网技术(Internet Technology,IT)运维视角的企业资产一体化管理平台。首先,优化平台的硬件框架,完成数据服务器与业务服务器的选型。其次,采用资产卡片的方式管理采集的资产信息。再次,构建资产数据IT字典,应用IT服务管理(Information Technology Service Management,ITSM)流程处理技术,使其形成闭环资产信息管理流。最后,将生命周期理论应用于资产管理,从而实现一体化管理。测试结果表明,该平台可有效提升平台数据承载量与用户承载量。

As the asset information management mode of the enterprise asset integrated management platform is relatively backward,resulting in low data carrying capacity and user carrying capacity of the management platform,the enterprise asset integrated management platform based on the Internet Technology(IT)operation and maintenance perspective is proposed.Firstly,optimize the hardware framework of the platform and complete the selection of data server and business server.Secondly,asset cards are used to manage the collected asset information.Thirdly,build an asset data IT dictionary,and apply Information Technology Service Management(ITSM)process processing technology to form a closed-loop asset information management flow.Finally,the life cycle theory is applied to asset management to achieve integrated management.The test results show that the platform can effectively improve the data carrying capacity and user carrying capacity of the platform.
