闭环管理下医院血液信息系统全流程设计与应用

Design and Application of the Whole Process of Hospital Blood Information System Under Closed-Loop Management

为提升医院血液管理质量控制水平,设计一套符合医院业务管理和满足患者用血费用便捷报销的闭环管理系统。以用血信息流转为基础,利用“互联网+”云平台、掌上电脑(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)扫码等技术,建立基于患者用血全流程的血液信息自主管理系统、基于上级监管的规范用血上报系统、以患者出院费用减免为宗旨的费用减免系统,实现对医院用血安全和用血报销的动态闭环管理。该系统的应用不仅提高了医院临床输血的安全性和医疗用血服务的质量和效率,而且为无偿献血患者提供了优质的费用减免服务,提高了医院精细化、差异化用血管理的水平。

In order to improve the quality control of blood management in hospitals,we designed a closed-loop management system to meet the business management of hospitals and the convenient reimbursement of patients’blood expenses.Based on the flow of blood consumption information and using technologies such as“Internet+”cloud platform and Personal Digital Assistant(PDA)sweeping code,we will establish an independent blood information management system based on the whole process of blood consumption by patients,a standardized blood consumption reporting system based on higher-level supervision,and a cost reduction system based on patient The system not only enhances the safety of blood consumption in hospitals,but also realizes the dynamic closed-loop management of blood consumption and reimbursement.The application of the system not only improves the safety of clinical blood transfusion and the quality and efficiency of medical blood services,but also provides high-quality fee remission services for patients who donate blood without compensation and improves the level of refinement and differentiation of blood consumption management in hospitals.
