面向大型客机客户服务的统一邮件推送系统设计与实现

摘要 在数字化客户服务平台运营过程中,有大量的业务信息发布环节需要采用电子邮件的方式通知客户、监管机构以及客服支援团队相关人员。而数字化客户服务平台涉及众多业务模块子系统,各客户服务业务部门对建立一个统一邮件推送系统的需求迫在眉睫。基于此,利用前后端分离Web开发技术设计并开发了面向客户服务的统一邮件推送系统。该系统前端基于Vue.js和用户界面(User Interface,UI)组件库iView进行开发,开发平台为Node.js。后端开发基于SpringBoot框架,利用Maven构建项目和管理依赖包,采用SpringMail技术与公司邮件系统集成,对象关系映射(Object Relational Mapping,ORM)框架采用MyBatis,数据库采用主流的MySQL数据库。由于邮件推送涉及多个系统的并发调用,为实现系统的高度可用性,面向大型客机客户服务的统一邮件推送系统集成了消息队列中间件技术,从而实现了邮件的异步推送,实现了系统的高度可用性。系统实现上,采用可配置化的邮件收件人订阅模式和邮件模板化配置功能,从而实现了系统可配置和高度扩展的特性。 During the operation of the digital customer service platform,there are a large number of business information release links that need to be notified to customers,regulatory agencies,and relevant personnel of the customer service support team by email.However,the digital customer service platform involves many business module subsystems,and each customer service business department has an urgent need to establish a unified email push system.Based on this,we use the front-end and back-end separation Web development technology to design and develop a unified email push system for customer service.The front end of the system is developed based on Vue.js and the User Interface(UI)component library iView,and the development platform is Node.js.The backend development is based on the SpringBoot framework,using Maven for project construction and dependency package management,using SpringMail technology to integrate with the company’s mail system,the Object Relational Mapping(ORM)framework using MyBatis,and the database using the mainstream MySQL database.Since mail push involves multiple concurrent calls to the system,in order to achieve high system availability,the unified mail push system for large passenger aircraft customer service integrates message queue middleware technology to realize asynchronous mail push and achieve high system availability.In the implementation of the system,the configurable email recipient subscription mode and the email template configuration function are adopted,so as to achieve the configurable and highly scalable characteristics of the system.
