基于5G赋能社区数字化安防全场景应用升级的实现方案

A 5G-enabled Solution for Upgrading all Scenarios of Community Digital Security Applications

随着智慧城市的落地实施,居民小区安防能力升级的需求日益增加。以上海市某典型住宅小区为研究对象,根据现有小区安全防护的实际情况以及对安防的要求,基于5G技术结合物联网技术、云计算和大数据,建立了老旧社区的数字化安防平台。该平台以中国电信“5G(第五代移动通信技术)+视联网”为骨干网络,建设完成了安全防控、客流统计、特征识别以及帮助守护等基本功能,实现居民、家庭、社区的视频监控设备对接融通,提升社区管理最末梢单元居委会的精细化治理水平和精准化服务水平并形成联动报警机制。该平台为普通住宅小区快速有效升级改造成为新型智慧社区提供了可借鉴的方法和技术。

With the implementation of smart cities on the ground,there is an increasing demand for security capacity upgrade in residential communities.Taking a typical residential community in Shanghai as the research object,based on the actual situation of the existing community security protection and the requirements of security,we established a digital security platform for the old community based on 5G technology combined with IOT technology,cloud computing and big data.The platform uses China Telecom’s“5G(fifth generation mobile communication technology)+video network”as the backbone network,and completes the construction of basic functions such as security prevention and control,passenger flow statistics,feature recognition and help guarding,realizing the docking and integration of residents,families and community video surveillance equipment,improving the refinement of community management at the end of the unit neighborhood committee level and precise service level and form a linkage alarm mechanism.The platform provides a method and technology for ordinary residential communities to quickly and effectively upgrade and transform into new intelligent communities.
