摘要
隔离开关自身的复杂运行特征极易出现机械性质的故障,且在高电压情况下,危险系数更高。为了提升整体的安全性,确保诊断效果的可靠,设计了一种基于电机电流检测的高压隔离开关机械故障诊断方法。采用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)定子采集隔离开关故障数据,解析开关故障姿态,并设计有载分接开关(OnLoad Tap Changer,OLTC)电机电流转换开关故障诊断模型,通过分合闸拒动诊断高压隔离开关机械故障。测试结果表明,电机电流检测诊断测试组的故障诊断时间相对较短,在诊断工作中的应用效果和价值更高,具有实际的应用价值。
Due to its complex operation characteristics,disconnectors are very prone to mechanical faults,especially in highvoltage environment,with a higher risk factor.In order to improve the overall safety and ensure the reliability of diagnosis effect at the same time.The mechanical fault diagnosis method of high voltage disconnector based on motor current detection is designed.Support Vector Machine(SVM)is used to collect the fault data of stator disconnector,analyze the fault attitude of the switch,and design the fault diagnosis model of On Load Tap Changer(OLTC)motor current transfer switch,and diagnose the mechanical fault of high-voltage disconnector through opening and closing refusal.The mechanical fault diagnosis of high-voltage disconnector is realized through the failure of opening and closing.The final test results show that:compared with the traditional operating torque diagnosis test group and the traditional stator diagnosis test group,the final fault diagnosis time of the motor current detection diagnosis test group is relatively fast,indicating that its application effect and value in the d iagnosis work are higher,and it has practical application value.
