Professor MA Hongjie’s Thoughts of TCM Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

慢性肾小球肾炎(CG)为临床常见疾病,临床症状表现为血尿、蛋白尿、水肿、高血压、单纯性蛋白尿等,中医分属“尿血”“水肿”“尿浊”“关格”等疾病的范畴。笔者导师马鸿杰教授为天津中医药大学第一附属医院肾内科主任医师,国家中医针灸临床医学研究中心专家,第四批全国名老中医专家学术经验继承人,行医三十余年。马师认为,CG起病缓慢,以脾肾两虚为基础,由外感“湿”“热”“瘀”“浊”侵袭人体引起脏腑功能障碍导致发病。治疗时马师以脏腑虚损为切入点,根据病情辅以祛邪之法,屡见奇效。本文将马师诊治肾小球肾炎的临床思想作一简介。

Chronic glomerulonephritis(CG) is a kind of common clinical diseases,and its clinical features include hematuria,protein,edema,hypertentsion,and simple proteinuria.CG belongs to "blood in urine","edema","uria opacity",and "anuria and vomiting" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Professor MA Hongjie is the chief physician of the Department of Nephrology of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the expert of the National Clinical Research Center for Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and the successor of the fourth batch of national senior TCM experts with academic experience,who has been practicing more than 30 years.Professor MA believes that the onset of CG is slow,with the deficiency of kidney and spleen as the basis,which is caused by the invasion of external "dampness","heat","stasis",and "turbidity" to the body,thus causing the dysfunction of viscera.During the treatment,Professor MA took the deficiency of viscera as the entry point,and supplemented with the method of removing evil according to the condition,which had repeatedly miraculous effects.This paper briefly introduced the thoughts of Professor MA in the diagnosis and treatment of glomerulonephritis.
