针刺联合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的效果及对神经功能康复的影响

Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training:Efficacy and Effect on Neurological Function in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的 探讨小儿脑瘫治疗中应用针刺联合康复训练的效果及对神经功能康复的影响。方法 选取我院2019年7月—2021年7月收治的80例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分2组,每组40例。对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组采用针刺联合康复训练治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的肌张力评分低于对照组,粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿脑瘫应用针刺联合康复训练治疗,疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on children with cerebral palsy and its influence on neurological function.Methods Eighty children with cerebral palsy treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower muscle tension score and higher Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) score than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group had lower National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS) score and higher daily living activity score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective and safe for treating the children with cerebral palsy.
