龙钢3号高炉热风炉板式换热器的改造

摘要 对龙钢3号高炉热风炉板式换热器技术升级改造进行了总结。3号高炉热风炉热管式换热器改为板式换热器,因改造场地受限,采用共用烟道变径管结构,导致了烟气分配不平衡;此外,空气换热器低温单元空气进口,容易形成液态腐蚀性环境,导致了换热板片腐蚀。2020年,3号高炉热风炉板式换热器实施技术升级改造,采用烟气调节阀板优化结构,煤气、空气出口温差缩小为6℃;并且低温单元板片均采用2205双相钢材质。 The technical upgrading experience of the plate heat exchanger for the hot stove of the Longmen Steel No.3 BF is summarized.The original hot pipe type heat exchanger was revamped to the plate type heat exchanger.Limited by the available site space,the revamping design adopts a common stack reducing pipe,but this solution results in unbalanced flue gas distribution;in addition,a liquid corrosive environment forms at the air inlet of the low temperature unit of the air heat exchanger,leading to the corrosion of heat exchange plates.In 2020,technical upgrading is implemented for the plate type heat exchanger,where optimized flue gas regulating valve plate is used,thereby,the temperature difference between the gas and air outlets is reduced to 6℃ The heat exchange plates of low-temperature unit are all made of 2205 dual-phase steel.
