飞行员综合提升抗荷生理训练的方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对比改装高性能歼击机飞行员抗荷生理训练中+Gz耐力推算值与相关因素的影响,进一步规范抗荷生理训练方法并提升抗荷生理训练效果。方法选取2021-01~12月在空军特色医学中心参加改装高性能战机航空医学训练的339名飞行员,通过调查飞行员对抗荷动作(anti-G straining maneuver,AGSM)掌握的熟练程度(李克特量表)分为AGSM熟悉组及AGSM不熟悉组。对比分析两组+Gz耐力推算值通过对AGSM不熟悉组的飞行员讲解AGSM机制及实施AGSM后,对比分析前后+Gz耐力推算值;对AGSM熟悉组与抗荷抗缺氧能力检测仪中的呼吸曲线的频率、下肢蹬力比对,统计分析+Gz耐力推算值与上述因素的相关性。结果两组+Gz耐力推算值具有统计学差异(P<0.05);AGSM不熟悉组的飞行员在熟知AGSM机制及实施AGSM前后+Gz耐力推算值具有统计学差异(P<0.05);AGSM熟悉组的飞行员在训练中的呼吸曲线的频率、下肢蹬力与+Gz耐力推算值具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论熟知AGSM的机制、熟练掌握AGSM的训练方法对于提高+Gz耐力从而综合提升抗荷生理训练效果具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To further standardize the method for anti-G physiological training and strengthen the effect of the training by comparing the influence of+Gz endurance value calculation and related factors in the training of modified high performance fighter pilots.Methods A total of 339 pilots who participated in the aviation medical training for modified high performance fighter aircraft in author′s unit from January to December 2021 were selected and separated into two groups,namely one familiar with anti-G straining maneuver(AGSM)and one unfamiliar with it according to proficiency level of mastery.The+Gz endurance value calculation of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The group who were not familiar with AGSM were compared and analyzed on+Gz endurance value calculation before and after explaining the AGSM mechanism and implementing anti-G training.For the group familiar with AGSM,the frequency of respiratory curve and the pedal force of lower limbs in the reference anti-G and anti-hypoxia ability detector were compared,and the correlation between the+Gz endurance value calculation and the above factors was counted and analyzed.Results Both the research made on+Gz endurance value calculation of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the+Gz endurance value calculation of the group who were not familiar with AGSM before and after AGSM mechanism and anti-G training were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a correlation between the frequency of respiratory curve,pedal force of lower limb and+Gz endurance value calculation of the group familiar with AGSM during training(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowing the mechanism of AGSM and mastering the training method of AGSM have important guiding significance for improving+Gz endurance value calculation and comprehensively improving the effect of anti-G physiological training.
