Construction of Biosafety Core Competence Index System for Field Nurses

目的通过德尔菲专家函询法构建野战护理人员生物安全核心能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献查阅、基层调研、小组讨论与专家函询等方法,构建野战护理人员生物安全核心能力评价指标体系。结果两轮德尔菲专家函询有效问卷回收率分别为92%、100%;专家权威程度为0.937;第一轮函询肯德尔协调系数分别为0.244、0.203、0.187,第二轮函询肯德尔协调系数分别为0.303、0.315、0.256。最终构建的野战护理人员生物安全核心能力评价指标体系,包含5个一级指标、12个二级指标和39个三级指标。结论通过两轮德尔菲专家函询构建的野战护理人员生物安全核心能力评价指标体系科学合理,能够为野战护理人员生物安全核心能力的培训、考核等提供参考。

Objective To construct index system of biosafety core competence of field nurses by Delphi expert correspondence.Methods The evaluation index system of biosafety core competence of field nurses was constructed through literature review,grass-roots investigation,group discussion and expert correspondence.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence were 92%and 100%respectively;the degree of expert authority was 0.937;the Kendall coordination coefficients of the first round of correspondence were 0.244,0.203 and 0.187 respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the second round of correspondence were 0.303,0.315 and 0.256 respectively.The final evaluation index system of biosafety core competence of field nurses was finally constructed,including 5 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system of biosafety core competence of field nurses constructed through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence is scientific and reasonable,which can provide reference for the training and assessment of biosafety core competence of field nurses.
