基于现代学徒制的企业师傅职业能力培养策略研究

On the Training Strategy of Professional Ability of Enterprise Master under Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是旨在深化校企合作、加快产教融合,以技术技能培育为主的现代人才培养模式。企业师傅的职业能力是学校和企业关注的焦点,也是实现现代学徒制人才培养目标的重要因素。本文选取3家企业中的107名企业师傅为研究对象,综合运用问卷调查和实地调研方法,以企业师傅职业能力为要点,探究其技术技能、质量意识、组织协调、自主创新等四方面能力素质。通过数据的呈现与分析,进而提出机械制造业企业师傅的职业能力培养策略,包括提升企业师傅的组织管理能力、提高企业师傅的专业技术技能、培养企业师傅的学习创新、加强企业师傅的产品质量意识,以期为企业师傅职业能力生成提供借鉴与思考。

Modern apprenticeship is a modern talent training mode which aims to deepen college-enterprise cooperation, accelerate the integration of industry and education and focus on the cultivation of technical skills. The professional ability of enterprise master is not only the focus of colleges and enterprises, but also an important factor to achieve the aim of modern apprenticeship talent training. This paper selected 107 masters in three companies as the research object, and the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method were combined to probe into their technical skills, quality consciousness, organization, coordination, and innovation ability. Through data analysis, this paper puts forward the professional ability training strategies for the masters of machinery manufacturing enterprises, including improving the organizational management ability, improving professional technical skills, cultivating awareness of learning and innovation, and strengthening product quality awareness, with a view to providing reference and thinking for the generation of professional ability of enterprise masters.
