Characteristics and its Inspiration of South Korea Vocational Education in Agriculture

韩国把提高农业从业人员的素质作为重要国策之一,提出国家保障农业教育优先发展地位,凸显了农业职业教育的举足轻重。韩国农业职业教育走过了一条综合化的发展道路,形成了层次递进、形式多样、类型互补的农业职业教育体系,其体系的相对成熟与完善离不开有效的行政支持、健全的法律法规、足够的经费投入、多元的教育形式等,为韩国在工业化进程中保证农业转型升级,并得到可持续发展提供了人力资源保障。韩国农业职业教育的体系与特色为我国在新时代进一步推进农业职业教育提供了一定的启示。

South Korea regards improving the quality of agricultural employees as one of its important national policies and ensures the priority of agricultural education, which highlights the importance of agricultural vocational education. South Korea’s agricultural vocational education has gone through a comprehensive development path, forming an agricultural vocational education system with progressive levels, diversified forms and complementary types. The maturity and perfection of this system can not be separated from effective administrative support, sound laws and regulations, sufficient investment and diversified educational forms, which provide human resources guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture in the process of industrialization and sustainable development in South Korea. This provides some enlightenment for China to further promote agricultural vocational education in the new era.
