基于Darknet框架的智能识别无机LED屏的设计

摘要 针对现有的LED屏存在的通透性差、美观性差、易燃烧、功能单一、智能化程度低等问题,设计了一款智能识别无机LED屏——主要由管理平台、智能识别装置、无机LED屏组成。智能识别装置基于Darknet框架设计,可采集相关的数据并反馈给用户,实现用户对受众的特征、人流量及所投放数据的监控分析;无机LED屏采用银浆电路的丝网印刷工艺和电路的钢化烧结工艺设计玻璃基电路,代替传统的有机电路,提高了LED屏的通透率,解决了屏幕遇火燃烧产生有毒气体等问题。实验表明:该款智能无机LED屏通透性可达80%-90%,功耗为传统LED屏的10%-30%,可精确抓取人脸特征等数据,智能化程度高。 In view of the existing LED screens with poor permeability, poor aesthetics, flammability, single function, and low degree of intelligence, an intelligent identification inorganic LED screen is designed, which is mainly composed of a management platform, an intelligent identification device, and an inorganic LED screen. The intelligent identification device is designed based on the Darknet framework, which can collect relevant data and feed it back to the user, so as to realize the monitoring and analysis of the characteristics of the audience, the flow of people and the data released by the user. Instead of traditional organic circuit, inorganic LED screen adopts glass based circuit, which is made by screen printing process of silver paste circuit and toughened sintering process of circuit. It improves the permeability of LED screen and solves the problem of toxic gas generated by screen burning in case of fire. Experiments show that the transparency of this intelligent inorganic LED screen is up to 80%-90%, the power consumption is 10%-30% of the traditional LED screen, and the data such as face features can be accurately captured, and the degree of intelligence is high.
