摘要
本文以职业院校电子商务专业新媒体营销课程为背景,针对现今企业对新媒体人才所需的专业技能进行分析,收集参加工作的往届学生对课程的设置建议,学习借鉴兄弟院校成熟成功的教学经验,基于“企业、学校、学生”的三维视角,通过构建新媒体运营员工胜任力模型进行课程设计改革、紧抓教师教材教法进行改革及创新课堂实施组织全过程实现课堂教学改革,探索职业院校电子商务专业新媒体营销课程的教学改革路径和方法。
Taking the New Media Marketing course of E-commerce major in vocational colleges as the research object, this paper analyzes the needs of enterprises for the professional skills of new media talents, collects the graduates’ suggestions on the curriculum, and learns from the successful teaching experience of other colleges. In order to explore the teaching reform path and method of the New Media Marketing course of E-commerce major in vocational colleges, based on the three-dimensional perspective of “enterprises, schools and students”, the competency model of new media operators is constructed to carry out curriculum design reform, the 3 T reform is implemented in three aspects of teaching staff, teaching materials and teaching methods, and the in-class teaching reform is implemented by innovating the classroom organization process.
