摘要
以教学为核心的科研导向是高校思政课教师队伍建设的必然要求。科研能力是高校思政课教师提升教学实效的重要基础、职业认同的主要来源和自我发展的重要条件。实践中,高职思政课教师在科研基础、科研意识和科研能力三方面表现出较为明显的弱势,亟需通过夯实科研基础,增强科研自觉,提升科研能力等举措寻求突围之路。
The scientific research with teaching as the core is the inevitable requirement for the ideological and political course teachers in Colleges. For ideological and political teachers in colleges, scientific research ability is an important basis for improving teaching effectiveness, a main source of professional identity, and an important condition for self-development. In practice, ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges show obvious weakness in scientific research foundation, consciousness and ability. It is urgent to find a breakthrough by consolidating scientific research foundation, enhancing scientific research consciousness and improving scientific research ability.
